Cruise Ship 3d print

I recently went on the Disney Cruise and I thought it would be nice if I got a small model of the ship for my mom.  Turns out the model costs 50 bucks and I don't know how to design a 3d print.  Can somebody please post an instructable on how to make this ship and I will help with any details needed.  Thanks!

Or paint her a picture (and have it framed)?

That looks great but I was thinking about a 3d print manufactured in a 3d printer. I should have been more specific. Thanks for the input though!

Look up the ibles for 3d printing to see how to convert from google sketchup to something ponoko makes. Don't know how much something like that would cost or join that 3d group on instructables for a free 3d print that fits in a 3x3x3 cube, kinda small.
