Custom audio jack for Front case of PC, need help!

Hey guys,
I have started to do a little project for myself to convert my PC case. While everything was going nice and smooth I decided to look for cool audio jacks for front panel. Now the problem became when I couldnt find anything cool. And so i was wondering is it possible to solder the jacks somehow to be used on a motherboard pins. Was thinking to use something like:
