Korn (who is at least still the most consistent out of the three options) used to be freaking awesome. the line up changed and they got less....well good overall over time.
Disturbed's first album was interesting in a time where nothing interesting was happening in the genre. it wasn't awesome, but it was different and had enough going on to make it worth listening to it. everything after that was the same album with different words...not cool
Slipknot is the most disapointing of the 3. the first album was AMAZING, their live show was AMAZING, their lineup was AMAZING (jim root is the shit). They actually had something different, something groovable, and they did it with that many people at once which is something. then corey decided that "stoned sour" should be a thing, and instead of letting it be a side thing like it should be, he decided that he was an emo crapstack and he should poison slipknot with the "stoned sour" ethos of moody balads and the like. not cool.

Did not mean to be rude, sorry.

not really hard rock (really rock/punk/western swing) but still a sweet band
