No. That is too much for nearly any technology, MosFET, IGBT whatever

Parametric searches let you search through a database based on parameters rather than on strings. VERY useful.

- Start at http://www.digikey.com and enter pnp transistor in the search field
- On the next page, click on Transistors (BJT) - Single (this gets you to the parameter page)
- Collector Current is the first column. Use shift-click to select a useful range rather than an exact value.
- Try to pare down the results to a reasonable number with the other columns. Package is a good one...
I found 2 that might be obsolete, but here are the numbers: 2N3962-ND PN5139-ND And here is a very large list of Data sheets for High Power transistors - PNP
