Does anyone thinks that the new US internet legislation will effect the Instructables site?

Lets face it, we are all hooked on Instructables. We cite from many internet sites, we share a lot of information, we all come from different parts of the world and we all share in this democratic site. I would hate to see that somehow this site would need to police itself to adhere to new SOPA legislation. Do you believe that this proposed legislation somehow will effect our dear site?

Since the vast majority of what is posted here is also created here, I don't think there will be a great impact.

Some of the video instructables may be hit if they've been a bit naughty with the backing music, but on the whole I think (hope) we'll be fine.

Yeah, the fact that everything here is licensed here also is a big plus, but you never know what they will have issues with. As you said, do not get too complacent.

Not shelved, postponed.

Do not get too complacent, and keep an eye out for it returning under a different name.
