Does the 2 second image of the contest logo count as part of the 30 seconds?

Im thinking no, but Im just wondering in case.

It probably does. You can just download the jpeg screen shot and import that into windows movie maker if you have xp. Size it for 2 seconds on the timeline. You can then adjust whever you have left by speeding up or slowing down with the effects to get it to 30 seconds long. Hurry up and do your video!

You can pm fungus yourself but go with the worse/best case scenario that you only have to fill up 28 seconds of video. That should not hold you up from making one. Or you could view all the videos already in the contest and come up with your own conclusion based on sampling the data and go with the popular opinion to be safe.
