Email Alert Settings Format Bug

Just found a formatting bug in the "Email Alerts" settings. Picture attached below.

I can almost replicate this. It starts weird but then snaps into place. Do you have any script blocking add-on to your browser like Ad Block? These prevent the site from loading correctly and can cause errors like this.

Firefox 10.0.9, no ad blocker, Win 7.

Mine overlaps on "Following". No AdBlockers. Cache Cleared. Page reloaded... Mac OS X 10.6 Safari 5.1.7
