Fairytale Fashion
Howdy, folks. Long time instructablizer, here... first time forum poster. I recently started working at Eyebeam on a project called Fairytale Fashion. It's focusing on demonstrating how to use some techy, geeky staples and apply them to fashion. We're making clothing that transforms, changes color, responds to touch, body heat, and even the weather. The project is being run by Diana Eng. You might remember her from Project Runway or her book Fashion Geek.
Every week until the end of December we'll be releasing videos documenting our experiments, providing tutorials, and showing you how you can be a champion fashion geek and make fantasy fashion a reality.
We're trying to involve as many people as possible; asking for design ideas, getting feedback our work, making sure people can build off of what we make. It would be awesome if you had any input, designs you'd like to see, or ideas on cool fashions to look at and reference and posted them on our blog.
