Forum topic lock not showing
Someone at HQ has sensibly "locked" the comment about the awarding of free membership for bug reports where many members were posting their bugs, to deaf ears.
However, "locking" puts no special message on the visible topic....so if you attempt to find the "reply" button, it isn't present in the locked thread, so, for all the world the forum software looks "broken".
