Forum topic not showing in forum
Is there a delay between posting a forum topic, and when it actually shows up?
I just posted this question:

I can see the individual topic, it exists
in the breadcrumbs at the top it says it is in the help: contests forum
but if you click those breadcrumbs, the topic does not appear in the forum.
It exists all by itself, if you have a direct link. but it does not exist in the category so I can't see how anyone would ever see it.
Are threads screened or something before they will appear in their category?
