HTTP error while uploading files

Hey , 

The file upload is not working for me - It keeps showing http error. 
One time it showed - IO error 
I cannot attach the screen shot to this report as well. It show upload error 407

Also the old uploader is not available in the instructable page

I am behind school ntlm proxy. Dont know if that is the reason.

Have you tried clearing your cache, reloading the page and trying again?
Try that and leave me a reply with your results.

Cleared cache and reloaded page. - not working
tried on 3 systems - firefox and chrome - on 2 windows system
and iceweasle on debian. Non of them seems to work.(IO error reported)

Note : all the systems are behind the ntlm proxy. I think the problem is either with the school proxy or at server side.

Not sure if this is the same problem but I have been having trouble trying to upload pictures from my library. I am using Google server and I can view one page but when I try to view the next page it won't load.
