Been announced yet? The rules said they should be announced on or around the 18th. I really want to see who won. :)

I just found this over on Etsy.com. I had to look hard for the info. I've been spending most of my time on Instructables.com and forgot to check the other site. Thought I would see something posted here. Silly me. If it weren't for a previous posting of mine on Etsy forum I probably would not have seen the referral to the blog where I found this. well with all of the server trouble the contest rules were bent by admin and the contest went longer so the resluts will take longer...I really disagree and think they should have stuck to the dealine even w/ server problems...i'm pretty sure the rules stated that they weren't responsible for server problems and common sense would tell you to not wait until the last minute but I guess the admin had a soft heart...i noticed some of the biggest whiners are ven quoted on the etsy blog pg about the contest...maybe they have an inside connection??? hmmm what a mess

Not everyone waited until the last minute. I was one of the people caught up by the server problem, but it wasn't due to procrastination. I simply didn't find out about the contest until the day before the deadline. Probably some people did procrastinate. It's kind of charming, though--like staying up all night in elementary school to finish your science fair project ;)
We're judging over the weekend, and hope to post the results on Tuesday! I'll post again if we have updates.
