Haha, I did that by accident once two :)
Go to your profile and click on the button "suscribers" on the left side of the page. When you click into it, it should show a list of usernames you've suscribed too, click on the red X next to your username and it will unsuscribe.

*Correction* Sorry, the button on the left side of your profile page is called "Subscriptions" NOT "Suscribers".
Go to one of your instructables and click on "unsubscribe" should be in exactly the same place "subscribed" was before :)
I don't think it lets you unsuscribe using instructables anymore. After you suscribe to someone, the suscribe button in their instructable just dims and says "Suscribed" instead of "Suscribe.

bingo! Follow that link then on your leftside you'll see all the names of people you subscribed to. Now just click the little "(x)" next to it and there gone!
