Help with Wii DVD dumper

I swear, I've looked everywhere trying to find help on this, and I just can't find any. And since nobody wants to answer me on the Instructables answers, I'll post it in the forums. I have a 3.2 downgraded wii (downgraded from 4.0, no thanks to my cousin), along with IOS249, and I'm trying to rip my wii games to a USB jump drive. I have tried several times, but it will NOT rip my wii games OR my gamecube games to the usb drive. It stops inconsistently, saying: ERROR, COULD NOT WRITE TO DEVICE! PRESS ANY BUTTON TO RESTART... I'm using a Sandisk Cruzer USB drive, with 16 GB of memory. What am I doing wrong? Should I reduce the split size of the ISO? Or am I using the wrong USB drive? Did Waninkoko even TEST the usb dumper before releasing it? I really need help, so If anybody could help, I would be very grateful. :)

u may have already tried this but i've been told that the USB device has to be in the 'bottom' USB port if u lay ur wii horizontally (the right port if u hold the back of the wii facing u)

also format usb device using FAT32 as i dont believe it supports NTFS

Actually it needs to formatted WBFS. Try WBFS manager to format drive first.

hmmm, in that case i'm also having the same issue lol I knew it needed to be formatted in WBFS to install and run ISO's but to dump the ISO i thought it just used it a standard mass storage under FAT, i've not tried it like that as i only have the one external drive and dont fancy waiting for it to be formatted again and install all the ISO's back on it

as i thought, the USB device to dump the ISO too shud be formatted under FAT.
The DVD pieces ad guess just divide it to what will fit. i will attempt it with my 1gb usb pen and let u know

Yeah, my bad. Still I'm not sure of the advantage of dumper over using a usb loader and extracting the ISO.

yeah i've only just started playing around with a USB device and as of last night used USB Loader GX. game takes anything from 5-35mins to install to the HD depending on size of the ISO once on the USB Drive. Deffo beats the 3hours it takes with DVD Dumper.
