Home Theater exhaust system

Short version thermostat controlled home theater exhaust. using trip method for computer psu to power fans. will it work if so any suggestions on thermostat and how to wire it. i am very basic right now on electronic wiring long version explained out I am in need of a exhaust system for my home theater. i have to much going on. 1 receiver, dvr, xbox 360, home theater pc/gaming machine, playstation 3, xbox 360 hd-dvd rom, and all the charging for the controllers and the logitech 880 remote, I also have a LG tv which can get a bit warm all this is housed in one of those hometheater entertainment center that has two towers on either side of a lower base for the tv where the devices go under and gets very warm. the towers are smaller for dvds. now that i have explained my set up i will explain what i am to do. i want to mount 2 fans behind each device .... there is no glass in front of device so for know everything will exhaust. i am using computer fans prolly 4inch ones. now here is what i am wandering i want to have the system controlled by a thermostat and i need suggestions on what to do. i am using the old trip method where u put one side of a wire in the psu green hole and one in the black and that turns it on with one simple switch i want to put a thermostat in the middle. does anyone now if this is possible if so what thermostat would u recommend and is there anything else you might include to increase cooling thanx so much for your time

It's going to be loud! Why not just run you air conditioning straight into it? It would only matter during the summer. In the winter you could just shut it.

. I'd get some quiet fans and let them run all the time. If you have to have a thermostat, just about any 'stat with a mechanical switch should work - see if you can find an old wall 'stat at a yard sale.
