Really their no good sites that tells you how to make it. You should try researching how an airsoft guns work and work off that.

Ha! Might be able to play my cards right to use it, but as soon as I say air soft gun I'll be kicked off / onto the lathe.

actually the bb canon work like this. I use a match cracker (that is what it is called here. and I might post a video at utube) and put it into a steel pen ( ignite first of course). then quickly put bb bullet into it. and walla!! when the cracker explode, the tremendous pressure will force the bb to come out very quickly. !!note!! this is dangerous . did it on your own risk.
