How do I remove my instructable from a group?

Hi Folks, I accidentally added my instrucatable to the Help group when I published it. It doesn't belong here, how can I remove it from the group? Thanks!

I don't know,I think the group Admin can, I tried removing one of my i'Bles from a group, I don't see how it's done. =)
