How do you turn on a circuit at night

Can anyone tell me how to incorporate a "dusk to dawn" photocell to this circuit
http://www.satcure-focus.com/tutor/page11.htm
Its a simple long life flashing LED circuit.
I need to build a circuit that will blink 4 red led's
and use very low power so that the batteries can last a long time.
I want it to come on at dark and off at light.
I appreciate the help.
