How long before posts appear in the forum?

How long does it usually take for a post to show up in the forums?  I posted a question to the bugs forum two days ago and it still hasn't shown up.  Is this a "feature" of a non-pro account?  I'm posting this at 9:40 am UTC on 26 February.  I'd like to know when the first person sees this so I have some idea how long it languishes unposted.

I find the same thing happens with my posts. Considering I've been trying to get ahold of an admin (about my pro account disappearing AGAIN) and this is one of the contributing factors as to why I haven't gotten a response, I find this reflects pretty bad on the company.

Posting a forum topic isn't the best way to go about that. Private messaging or emailing someone from (the top of!) the about page will get you a much quicker response.

Which forum topic are you talking about? The image notes problem? Maybe you're having a problem with your browser caching pages. That topic showed up the same day you posted it, and people responded.

Just because nobody replies to your posting doesn't mean it doesn't show up. Maybe it's just not interesting.

That's really bizarre, and not consistent with what we observe otherwise. Could you move this posting from "Authors" to "Bugs" so it gets the attention of Staff? There is nothing in your text, or in your keywords, which should have tripped the "filters" (See NM's comment), so there's no obvious reason for a delay.

.  I'm assuming that your posts are getting caught up in the filters, but can't figure out what there is about your original posting of this topic that would have tripped an alarm.
.  If it makes you feel any better, it happens to Pro users.  :(
