I have made the video (and the device). I dont know how to post it as an instructable. I dont like much writing long texts, prefer all in one self explanatory video.

You can post it as a video instructable - get the embed code off YouTube, hit "Create" at thetop of the page and follow the buttons for a Video instructable.
