Huzzah! Updated my website with wordpress

After not looking at or dealing with my own personal site for months I finally had to take action because there was a 500 error of some sort. So I took the opportunity to try out wordpress and play with a different structure. It's very minimal! It has big pictures!

Anyway, please take a look and let me know what you think. I will be filling it with posts about my favorite projects as well as whatever new things I make.

WordPress is wonderfully versatile!  I used Blogger for creating The Garden Club of Austin's website which is also quite minimalist, but I used it because it's free, very easy to use, and Google seems to favor Blogger (shocking, right?).  Did you consider using Joomla!?

Anyway, I'm a big fan of minimalist sites.  There are fewer distractions and look a lot cleaner, so of course, I like what you did.

Have sent you a PM with a link to the unpublished Instructable. The code's done, I'm just testing it and trying to get some good images for the Ible.

I've been using WP on my blog since Feb and love it.

I'm looking forward to trying out Jayefuu's code on my instructable page.

Yes, I've seen those. That's a cool project there with some progress for sure. As for myself, I just wanted to play with the xlarge images.

You going to be adding more text to each bit? Or a link to the Instructable?

I'm going to be adding more text and links. It's all pretty early. Most of the time was just spent getting up to speed on wordpress and finding a theme and getting it all going.

Yeh I gave up on choosing something pretty until I had more content. Then I couldn't be bothered when I DID have more content.
