I need some copper disks

I need several copper disks 2 inches in diameter with a 3/4 inch hole in the center.

They can be cut, stamped, or otherwise constructed but it needs to be out of 1/16 inch copper.

Type "copper disks" into Google. You'll get a whole bunch of hits to sell them to you. You can use your own knowledge to filter the results to find the size and texture you want.

I did that, and could not find the right thickness, I found the perfect stuff, just too thin

Get 1/16" copper shim stock, and use a 2-1/4" diameter hole saw in a drill press. 1/16" is probably a bit too thick for a punch.

Those phrases in bold are what you should type into Google, or tell to the clerk at your local hardware store.

Bunch of online retailers actually sell 'flat copper washers'. I like the bash and prey style, but if you are going for uniformity, buying online's your best bet. Good luck!

Get some large size copper pipe, cut one side length wise, pound it out flat. Drill a hole and cut to your specs. Easy peasey.

I haven't really thought of that, and since you mentioned it, it does sound like a good solution, however, size, concentricity, and uniformity is important, and my metalworking skills are more bash and prey. But if all else fails I will try that.

I am in Middle TN, and it is for an ongoing project/idea, so I don't have a time frame...
