I strongly DISLIKE Instructables. RELEASE ME!

INSTRUCTABLES doesn't play fair or right. It doesn't offer the basic-most options of blocking or unsubscription. You don't let us stop receiving comments. Shame on you. Time to get up to date and the way you should be. Sheesh! Remove me from any and all membership.

It is sad that you feel this way. It seems that those that dislike Instructable are a very small minority. Perhaps if you could share some of what you know it will make your membership more enjoyable. Those that are in search of perfection will be very disappointed anywhere they go.

Why don't you send e-mail to the Customer service address at the bottom of every page, instead of posting it as an advertisement to sell kits?

1. This should be in "Feedback".

2. Go to your "You" page (button, top-right of every page), and you can select when and how often you receive the Comments and Messages emails, and what email address they go to.

3. You *can* block other members from sending you PMs.

4. "You don't let us stop receiving comments." What comments? You've been a member for over a year, posted no Instructables of your own, made only 12 comments (including one poorly-veiled threat), and had about the same in return, all of them positive - not exactly an administrative burden.

This site is all about sharing - sharing what we make, and how we make it. What's the point of sharing if you don't want to know what other people say about your work? The vast majority of the comments here are positive and constructive, and any that are not are quickly dealt with by the admins and Community team - this isn't Failbook, and it isn't YouTube.

What's the real reason you want to leave?
