Ideas for a Pasta Motor???

Anyone have any quick ideas for making one of these pasta machine motors?

I have the machine and want the motor - do you think with an adapter and some epoxy this is possible???

Cordless drill.
Don't make it permanent, just have an adapter for the drill-chuck.

I think you want a low speed high torque motor to drive it. But having a motor takes the fun out of cranking it and making the handle fall out. You could adapt a drill and even use a flex shaft like they did with the bicycle smoothie blender. You just need to get a piece of metal the same as the handle to chuck in the drill.

Of course, you would now get an industrial food processing machine that is quite dangerous so be careful when using, build in a safety shutoff.
