In Boredom We are Inspired.

We all have been bored at some point in our life. Most of the time when we're bored we let our true nature come out. Songs have been writen this way. If you even tap your finger at school at the end of a test that means you enjoy music or making it. What have you been inspired to do, or make from boredom? I have made many plans and ideas from my bored. i.e. 4 wheel bike (not tried) Custom shirts ( a work in progress) Duct Tape stuff ( oh what a success!)

Not what I was thinking, but I like your idea. Just make several, thick layers of it, and put the ice in between.

Thanks. It only took a few months.

I had an idea once, just a normal one, and was thinking my way through it as I fell asleep, then, I dreamt that I made the idea. When I woke up, I remembered my dream, and actually made the idea but better as I had learnt from the mistakes I made in my dream!

A powered handcycle carrier/lift for a car. A pneumatic-piston lift-assist platform for an aquarium. A fixture to mount a child's bicycle seat on the front-fork of a handcycle. All of these are still just ideas/designs; none have yet been built.

I recently had to "cover" a technology lesson with no notice, so i couldn't take any work to do.

Handy paper, scissors, glue, and I have another papercraft instructable that needs re-making (I had no camera handy) and posting soon-ish.

Well, this and this were seeded in a daydream.

I've had an ambition for a while now to build an airsoft/paintball MOUT facility, born from boredom due to an utter lack of local fields. The nearest one is located on an army base that pretty much went on lockdown for people under 18. Though, I doubt this will ever happen, seeing as land costs $$$,$$$,$$$.

There's also about a half-billion films playing in an endless loop in my head because I don't have the means or the location to film them. This sucks, because I plan to enter one of them in a contest. >:(
