Instructables Build Night with littleBits

We had a really successful build night on June 25th at the Sydney office of the Nova Scotia Community Access Program. Our Build Night was centred around littleBits - an opensource library of electronic modules that snap together with tiny magnets. We've been accumulating various art supplies, cardboard boxes, paper towel rolls, and plastic bottles over the last couple of weeks so we were ready to create. The littleBits tagline is "Build Something that Does Something" and we really took that and ran with it. Everyone had a great time! It was hard for some people to imagine how the modules would come together before getting to work with them, but everyone came away impressed.

The possibilities are really endless in term of what you can create so we are really excited to have more Build Nights and camps for kids. One of the camps we will be holding is "Hack My Toy". More posts to come on our progress :)
