It appears to have been a temporary server glitch. 40 minutes after you reported this, the site appears to be working normally. If you run into it again, please follow up to your original post, and include which I'ble you were accessing.
P.S. This isn't an HTML error, it's a server-side Java (not JavaScript) error. You can get that from the very last (initial) line of the traceback:
