I don't quite see how it shoots though. I can see something that looks like a pin guide. If it is, the ramrod seems to be pretty far back which suggests it is a real bullpup (if it is, nicely done) but the barrel doesn't seem to align as such.

So, while I make stupid guesses of how it could work, care to explain how it really fits together? I have noticed most BR replica's have their mech inside the oversized handguard (pretty much cheating, lol).

The entire thing shoots over the barrel instead of through it. It is bullpup but I didn't get the mech to work correctly. Someone did make a working version but ruined the look in the process of it. It's better than nothing though so I put it up anyway.

It's a slingshot. He didn't get it to work though. It had a pin in the back which blocks the mag, and the band pushes back this pin, opening the mag and letting a bullet into the chamber, pull the trigger and voila, fire!

Yeah I think if it had an upper barrel it might work well. I don't have the parts to do that. (The rail on the shotgun sucked up more or less 80% of all my yellow connectors, that gives you an idea on how much I have)

That would require a total reworking of the internal framework. No, I'm going to post this ASAP then break it apart in little tiny pieces so I can start working on my sword, my Panzerfuast, and my P90, as this gun uses a lot of pieces.
