Make It Glow Challenge Rules
The header says "LEDs, EL Wire and Lightbulbs". Does your project have to include at least one of those, or can it be anything that glows?

So, if you write an instructable on farming glow-worms, I'd say that was acceptable.

Thanks you two - that's what I assumed, but I'm playing the 'what do I make first?' game and wanted to make sure that the project I was thinking about would apply!
The contest page is broader in scope:
