My new website... Killerjackalope.co.nr

Hey everybody,

I've quietly been working on my site, complete redesign and whatnot since it needed it and because my old host folded at some point.

There are a few of my projects on there, my photography's up there and there's a blog - read the latest post and grab a free coffee from starbucks tomorrow if you're in the UK, just print the voucher.

I'd love feedback on the design etc and the content.

Cheers, Adam.

All the images below are related, which could be construed as a little worrying.

Chrome, and it must be a problem on my end. My Internet isn't filtered.

I like the overall look, I understand exactly what feel you are going for. It just does not feel quite there to me.

The good news is, I think all the bits I might change you have done as images, which makes it very easy to alter/alter back.

Although most people have been commenting on the font, I think there is no problem with your font choice, more the layout is not quite meshing. I am not sure if its supposed to be left aligned or centre aligned. Feels like it is somewhere imbetween.

It looks good!

Nice, but that font. It looks like project5. I think you can find something similarly modern with more formed and easily readible characters. Them Kaz ladies scare me.

On one page I was scrolling quickly through, your format of having images in a grid type layout, the ad box was similar in graphics and I was tricked into clicking on it - I should of known better or maybe you did have a project "5 things not to eat-some weight loss autoplaying video with a loud announcer"

Yup, mama Kaz protecting her cubs.

I don't think your last pic of the pills for this topic is warranted. Supplements for either manliness or womanliness, I dunno. Certainly don't want to send wrong message to the youngins.

The Simplicity is brilliant. A few parts are hard to read with the font and the color. But overall, it's is spectacular. Good job. :)

Yeah, I've seen your older website versions, and the difference is shocking. When I first clicked the link I wasn't expecting anything near this professional looking.

And by the text I meant the text over the images. Maybe if you add a simple drop shadow, bevel or maybe an outline of some sort it would help it pop out. Also some of the letters are pretty thin on parts, so bump up the font size a touch?

Just some simple suggestions.. Again, it's very nice, Bravo. :)

Google Chrome on Ubuntu Linux. :)

It seems pretty fine. So far nothing looks out of the ordinary. I also applaud you for not making your site out of entirely flash.

One thing I do notice though, is the spacing between the images isn't consistant between home, projects and photography. You should take the spacing of the home page (which is good spacing) and apply that to the other two pages.
