Need to make a guitar-to-3.5mm cable with the following material

I have only a limited amount of resources to utilize in this project. I am still a rookie when it comes to physics, so I decided someone here might help. Please also note that I cannot get any additional material because it is not available locally and Amazon/Ebay don't ship to my address.
I currently have the following materials:

-A cut headphone's wire with a 3.5mm  output at one end, and three wires (green, blue, golden mixed with green) at the other.
-A wire with the colored outputs (which you plug into a TV) at one end, and a 3.5mm output at the other
-A 3.5 to 6 mm converter
-Standard guitar-to-amp cable

I can connect both wires to the computer and guitar, but what connection would there be in between? I don't have 6-3.5mm converter; thats basically the problem.

Can't say for sure--you don't state if the connectors are male or female, so I don't know what you've really got on hand.

I'd try to scavenge a 1/4' jack to connect to the 3.5 plug that's wired. Then your guitar cord can plug directly into that.

Personally, I use a 1/4' plug to 3.5mm jack (female) converter together with a male-to-male 3.5mm cable to get a guitar signal into my computer.

Could you send a couple of pics of your arrangement? That would be quite helpful!

The gold 3.5mm plugs belong to one cable--one end fits into the 3.5mm-to-1/4'' adapter (the silver plug). It's stereo, but works fine with guitar.

The other gold plug goes to the sound card. That it--one cable, one adapter.

I have the one with two extensions, red and white with a 3.5mm plug at one end.

I think its the male one. Like I said, I've searched everything and I could only find those things.
