Was their a new picture upload program installed? Was the old one tweaked? Either way, its impossibly slow

Our site has had some troubles running quite slow for the past week. We're trying to figure out what's causing the speed issues and resolve it.

Yes, they uploaded, just a lot slower. I thought it might crash, but it didn't. Perhaps its the new interface as the regular upload icons/colours are different as well
