New life, recycled everything

Here soon, I will be out of the military. With that being said, I have no furniture (army supplies everything for us in the barracks). I am looking to build some, if not all of the furniture I will need out of recyclable materials. Now, what I would like is some is some ideas from you  all from instructables on what I should build to furnish my new place. I am also low on funds, so please nothing expensive, mostly stuff I can find anywhere. Thanks!

Thanks for all the comments on this. I will have to definitely check into these when I get the time, which is looking slimmer and slimmer due to the fact that someone stole my computers a couple of days ago... I'm looking at getting a new one, but with my budget as tight as it is, I dont know how long it will be until I am able to get one. (Im writing this on a computer in a library nearby...) And DeandrasCrafts, Its no problem! I am honored to serve. :)
You should be able to get free stuff off of craigslist. Some people don't really want their old stuff to be thrown away, but they really want it to be reused and it sounds like this might be for great purpose. You could always try fixing up old furniture too. Thank you for serving! :)
I thought of something else - One of my friends made benches, a table and shelving out of old fence boards. I haven't looked, but maybe you can check for an 'ible on that. There's also those pallets used to move large quantities of materials around. Perhaps you can get hooked up with someone who has access to either one of those kinds of wood items.

As Kiteman mentions, scrap lumber is probably the easiest, but if you have a little to spend, you can also modify a lot of things from Ikea; and there are a few nice instructables on that too. If using the search box as is doesn't get you what you want, you can click on "graphical search" and narrow it down to Ibles only.

Have a look for "nomad furniture" - it tends to be made of scrap lumber - but otherwise your best bet is simply to browse the furniture section, since many inspiring designs could be constructed from other materials to those specified.
