Ok paid with pay pal

I paid and it showed up on my bill me later account. Did not get any email confirmation and no pro membership.  I know this may in fact be a glitch but please tell me it can be fixed. PLEASE

Three headings are on the profile page;


I cant find a link to Promembership activation. Am I on the right page?
** Make sure that you use the "reply" button, otherwise I may not see your comment.

After you click on the "YOU" link (located on the top right of the website), you'll reach your profile page. (https://www.instructables.com/you)

Directly below the main website menu, you should see a row of Tabs. When you first arrive to your Profile Page, you are on the "YOU" tab. Click on the "Pro Membership" tab.

It should show your "Membership Details" or "Upcoming Memberships". There you should see a link to click to Activate your membership.

Yea there is no link to activate.

just the words "We see you are not a pro member, go pro today to see all these awesome features!"

Then there are the pro membership features. Other then that there is no link to activate.
Okay, then some sort of delay occurred. I read that you emailed staff already (so I won't ask you to do that again). Let me try and get a hold of someone... hang on for a bit.

After you paid for your membership, did you go to your Profile Page, using the "YOU" link (top right of the website)? You need to check the "Pro Membership" tab on your Profile Page, for the details on your payment. It should be listed there, and it may simply need to be activated. So please check there first. If you don't see anything at all for a new membership, then reply back, and I'll see what else I can do to help.
