Other Water Weapons
This forum talks mostly about the design, construction, and operation of new water warrior weapons. These could be anything from soak swords, sponge guns, hose guns, sprinkler guns and other unique ideas, as long as they soak, and as long as they are safe.

A very brilliant idea I saw the other day is to use a mousetrap (credit to stupidinventions for the idea)(thank you) to puncture a water balloon, resulting in massive soakage. Using a string, this could be turned into a timed water grenade (as long as the mouse trap doesn't slam on someone's toe or something). Or even putting it in the ground with some sort of trigger, this could also make a decent mine. It would be great for a prank; but of course, what on this group WOULDN'T be great for a prank? I've got a couple of killer ideas. I'll post them soon. 3D models (provided by Google SketchUp)(thank you) of the same killer ideas also coming soon.

A sprinkler could make a deadly (well, not really) trap in a water war. If placed correctly, and if operated at the right time, it's a mine. Simple sprinklers can be made from PVC pipe, and drilling holes. You can also make them in long bars, rectangles, donuts, "s" shapes, and other shapes to fit your needs.

I wonder if anyone has ever built a "soak sword".... I think all I need to make one is some soak hose, a water bladder, a valve, and maybe some sort of pump...
