"Page Compatability" problems

Hi, just wondering why the site keeps placing links where they arent supposed to be? i press page compatability button on IE but it does nothing...Is it a bug that is known to the admins at the moment? things are ALWAYS out of place, and when clicking links the wrong option gets selected. Its getting really annoying honestly.

IE9
WIN7 64 BIT
