Parkour Traning Workout
This is what I've been doing to train for Parkour.
50 lunges, add 5 every 3 days,
50 squats, add 5 every 3 days,
By now my legs are tired, so,
30 curl ups, add 1 each day,
25 pushups, they are called pushups to push yourself, so add 1 each day,
Then, I run nearly full speed for about a 1/6 mile, then walk 1/18 mile. Approximations.
After running, I lift a few weights.
Repeat twice a day!
