Parkour Traning Workout

This is what I've been doing to train for Parkour. 50 lunges, add 5 every 3 days, 50 squats, add 5 every 3 days, By now my legs are tired, so, 30 curl ups, add 1 each day, 25 pushups, they are called pushups to push yourself, so add 1 each day, Then, I run nearly full speed for about a 1/6 mile, then walk 1/18 mile. Approximations. After running, I lift a few weights. Repeat twice a day! Hope This Helps! -PKT

Websites like American Parkour (http://www.americanparkour.com/) and Crossfit (http://crossfit.com/) give great workouts too. Also, you need to add more flexibility training, you should be stretching 3 times a day. And for the running, you need a better base because Parkour is mostly about explosiveness but a little endurance never hurt anyone. Try doing your amount of running, and do it twice with only 30 seconds rest and no walking. And do it barefoot, strong feet = better Parkour. But also add in a few runs, like do 5 miles every other day. Hope this helps :)

Don't you need some chin-ups or pullups for upper body strength, and maybe some grip exercises? And don't forget about flexibility exercises.
