Much like when we removed the "sort by vote" option, the view sorting has been removed to try and eliminate a winner-take-all scenario - where people would vote/view the highest viewed projects. This approach aims to even out the field for all entries.

Any chance that we could ever have the option to view more entries per page? If I could see 50 thumbnail pics at a time, I wouldn't miss the sort by views' feature as much.

This is a good change. Projects that are featured in the Newsletters already get a view/vote advantage.

Ah I see I'm not the only one who misses this feature!!
how will we manage with 600+++ entries in the holiday contest?? voting will be sooo tedious...and the old entries will get totally missed out!

Guess we'll have to pay closer attention.  I try to vote as the entries come in.   I do like the new feature that shows the member who they've already voted for.

I'm really missing the feature, too. Sorting by views was always the first thing I did in a contest...
