Please build an umbrella with a built-in bluetooth speaker. (Instructable request)

Sorry I'm not sure where to post requests for Instructables. I have an idea to take a clear bubble umbrella and build in a bluetooth sound system, but I'm not very good with electronics and I'm hoping someone can take my idea and run with it. It would really brighten up dark days in the rain, and much safer than wearing headphones.

I've looked high and low and can't find anything like this out there, with the exception of someone's concept mockup for a "Beats Umbrella"

Glue a BT Speaker to an umbrella. DONE!

Cool Idea for the Rainy Day contest

I guess one of those shower speakers that could hang on the inside of the umbrella would do the job. I'll just need to find one, although I was hoping for a more permanent solution. Umbrellas are really tricky to work with.

I could make this pretty simply with a wired battery powered speaker, not Bluetooth. It would be a pretty good proof of concept for someone who can afford an actual bluetooth-style speaker.

That would work p[erfectly well with an iPod shuffle or something!

Or really anything, a phone, a standard MP3 player, or a small radio. I think the radio would actually be pretty neat.

Although it probably wouldn't work well in the rain.

Has someone built this for you yet? If not I could be interested in making it for you.

Not yet! I'd love to see someone do it!

Ok, so your looking for an umbrella with a Bluetooth speaker in it so you can listen to music in the rain correct?

would you like to buy this? I live in a fairly dry area, and am not motivated to build it for myself. I should, however, be able to do something nicer than duct tape. What would such a device be worth to you? Where would it need to be shipped?
