Portable Xbox 360

I saw the website of Ben Heck (benheck.com) and I was wondering if it is really necessary to modify the heatsinks for the GPU/CPU and replace the fans. I am planning on making a portable xbox 360 in an alluminum suitcase with the LCD screen from a computer monitor. Is there any easier (legal) way to wirelessly obtain xbox live? What resolution monitor should I get? Any advice?

Would for a thermoelectric circuit to cool the CPU and GPU on the motherboard of an xbox 360?

The cord and removable hard drive would be stored under a keyboard (I'm debating whether to include it in the final design because of messaging kits for the controllers).

I used Google SketchUp (join my group) to make this model of what my portable xbox should look like: The second picture shows the behind of the unit with the Ethernet port, WiFi, composite, component, and VGA
