Psp external battery

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a external battery pack (via adaptor) and make it so it will run from the battery pack.

my concerns are: matching the voltage and mAH. as well as ensuring the safety of my psp

i know that i already need the plug for the psp from the ac adaptor, anything else?

also if possible, keep it as cheap as possible.

the simplest way is just a battery pack, a 7805 regulator, and the connector. If you don't care whether or not it's rechargable, you probably only need 5 or 6 AA's (or C's or D's) in series running through a 7805 regulator. maH does not matter at all, it just means how long the battery will power your device. There are some instructables on how to do this

Hey check for my instructable coming soon. It'll show you how to make one and get power via USB. It should be out in a day or two
