Evrytime i do this it either gets stuck on the uploading page or when i upload a thumbnail itshows in the bottom left corner error on page?

Are you trying to upload a video (.mp4, .avi, etc.) directly to I'bles? The Web site isn't set up for that, unless you only want to show your video to users willing to download it and run their own player.

For I'bles, you should be uploading your video to a real video server, such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc. Then you copy and paste the "embedding code" from that side into your Instructable.
