Purchased Pro Membership but can't download pdf

I just purchased a Pro Membership so I could download a PDF and it won't let me. The transaction has gone through but my account still isn't listed as Pro. How do I fix this?!?

Interesting topic . . . I'm experiencing the same problem. Every time I click on DOWNLOAD my screen goes to "log in". Quite frustrating.

You are also marked as pro.

That sometimes happens when you have an old cookie from the last time
you logged in, or having a browser add-on that stops the page from
loading completely. You can try:

-Disabling any script blocking add-ons to your browser, like Ad-Block, GreaseMonkey, or LastPass
-Making sure you have cookies enabled for your browser
-Clearing your browser's cache

Your account is marked as pro. Is there something in particular you are having trouble doing?
