RGB Led Matrix

Sorry! I am looking on how to make a RGB Led matrix. I have found a lot of them but any of them was a RGB, so the idea is this I need to make a 6x9 RGB Led matrix and make the dots flash in different colors. I know the principle of the led matrix but not of a RGB one. So can you lend me a hand? or a sketch as possible? Thanks for reading.


P.S.: Sorry for the bad english I speak spanish lol
