It says it in the official rules
. As far as I can tell, Humana only does health insurance business in the US (not sure what "has international business interests in Western Europe" means), so there is a good chance the contest is US-only. :(

they do now, but unfortunatly they don't tell us if it's international or not...
The page has been updated though saying you can make as many ibles as you want but can only win one prize.
I'm not going to start thinking of something untill I know the rules though. The same thing happend with the dead computer contest and I won't be dissapointed again...
The possibilities are endless with this contest but finding the coolest idea that I can make will prove though. although I'm fairly sure I'll have something to bring in :D
