Small favor to ask - can you guys take a quick survey for my leadership class? (Health based!)

It's a random thing to ask, but since this is done easily online, I thought I'd give it a shot. ;)

The survey is over workplace health and very very quick. (10 questions.) My team and I are designing a corporate health program so we need some initial feedback to tell us how people feel about it. 100 people is the limit for the survey and I'm hoping to max that out.

Sorry, mister! You are one of the very few that falls into that category, especially in the US. ;)
BMI - 18.3 I've been trying to gain weight. Responsibly, of course. I am trying to maintain a healthy diet, and exercise more.
Mine is 18.6 lol. I think thats barely normal. :)

now thats just being racist lol, i fell into that catagory, and no one would help me out, i was stuck, and still am, make it harder to fall inot catagories, cos im really, very underweight, not just underweight lol

Done! Nit-picky points for future surveys: 1) add 'underweight' as an option 2) I presume you're actually interested in asking the respondent's sex; gender is considered a cultural concept, and has far more than 2 (or even 3) possible answers. ;)
