Solar Cell Frame?

I am trying to make a somewhat portable solar panel with (3) 3 1/4" x 6" solar cells mounted on a durable fabric, but what I'm wondering is how to mount them. I am thinking of using glass super glue to mount the cells on or sandwitched between two peices of glass and having that sit in a plastic frame to be riveted on the fabric. what I want and haven't been able to find is a low profile license plate type plastic frame that would fit the glass perfectly. I only want to spend around $1 per frame, so custom isn't going to cut it. Does anyone have an idea of a plastic or even aluminum frame that would fit these specifications? Thanks!

The solar cell is sandwiched between two sheets of glass with only 0.008 inches of space, so spacers aren't needed, what I want is an effective way of attaching the glass to the fabric underneath it.
If you can smooth the edges off, so the glass isn't sharp, you can just put some holes through and use some screws and spacers to hold the glass panels together. Alternatively you could just glue spacers in if you can't find a suitable drill bit.

If you really need something around the outside, a strip of aluminium and some glue and sealant should do the job.
