Sparklers and the meaning of life
I have been playing with sparklers for ages now the latest experiment was to do several layers of aluminum foil and duct tape around two packets of sparklers and putting some arrow fletchs on them... the last one we tried went across three paddocks and nearly took out a shetland pony :-( we measured it the next day and it came up to 150 metres. However i have allways been looking for explosions... sidetracking slightly here but i actually got an explosion my bro welded up a pyramid the size of a soccer ball i filled it with sparkler dust dad wasnt very happy about the huge hole it left in our roof when it exploded and sent 6ml plate in the air for over 10 seconds that was the dummest thing ive done so im looking to down scale slightly with less shrapnel. So in conclusion
Im after a recipe using roughly $30 worth of sparklers to explode keeping in mind that i live in Aus so some matierals are harder to come by.
thanks everybody any feedback is supported so keep the comments flowing :-)

You could probably use a piece of pvc or wrap it in electrical tape. If you do the tape make the first layers loose then tighten the next. Im not sure how many times you should wrap it but if you get it to work make a video of so that i can see!
