Sports Injury

I do cross country and run 6 miles a day. I have been having trouble with my knees and ankles. I went to the doctor, and they said I had a torn ligament in my ankles. Any suggestions on how to help them heal?

You should probably get a brace/wrap to support the  weakened areas. It'll help you heal and avoid more injuries. I wore two anke wraps for basketball and track, and I cannot tell you how many times they saved me from spraining my ankles.

yeah, my friend got the same injury and the doctor gave him an ankle brace
You can also buy cheap ones at Dick's Sporting Goods or even Walgreens.

I went to the doctor and I am going to physical therapy now, and ice is one thing that I have to do
Ice helps heal almost anything... except fatness :D

You could freeze your fat off
Only in cartoons. Freeze your stomach, then smash it with a hammer.
