Given the immense applications duct tape has, and how much its growing, it probably deserves its own category. Anyone who's seen red green and/or mythbusters would agree. red green once built a 4 wheel drive car from 2 station wagon front ends, held it together by duct tape, using bungie cords for steering his "back end", and it worked...but i wouldn't recommend making one >_>

That would end up being a very, very, large section.

I didn't say it was a bad idea ... I think it's a great idea

Yeah, it gets kind of annoying, too easy to misunderstand people and either you get mad at them for no reason or vice-versa

I sort of agree, given the large number (I think between 200 and 300) of duct-tape based I'bles.

Currently, they are being categorized according to their purpose, rather than the material (e.g., "fashion," "play", etc.).

Right now, there is only a single new-style category/channel assigned to each I'ble, so you'd lose that classification if they all got moved to "duct tape."
